We successfully litigated a case against Days Inn where a minor was left unattended and snuck into the pool area with a friend and ultimately drowned. The defense blamed the parents entirely for improper supervision. Mr. Baker was able to prove that the latch to the pool fence was defective, allowing the minors access. We also proved the vital life-saving equipment was not present at the pool at the time of accident. The case was settled on the eve of trial for 7 Million Dollars.
